At 99% of breweries worldwide, beer is transferred from fermenters or maturation tanks to a carbonation tank, and then again into kegs, cans, or bottles for packaging.



Traditional

Each time beer is transferred or pumped there is a risk of oxidation or infection and potentially spoiling its quality. We move our beer less and more gently so it retains all the quality that our Brewmaster intended.



Tank to glass

At the Beer Kitchen, our beer is naturally carbonated during fermentation and gently pushed with CO2 directly into serving tanks then to your glass, bypassing pumps, kegs, cans, or bottles.

Welcome to the Beer Kitchen, our unique take on a traditional German Beer Garden.

We will transport you straight to Germany once you step foot into our space. We have brought the outdoors inside for the true garden feel.
