Join Run Parlour every Thursday at 6:30 pm for a social 5K run within London.
Each night starts with meeting in the 100 Kellogg Lane Atrium (Entrance off of Dundas) and ends in Beer Kitchen! Where you can stay, enjoy a BK meal, a cold pint, and get to know your fellow runners!
There is space for every pace, all ability levels are welcome!
